Our Glorious Hope
About this series
Living in Freedom and Victory
The gospel isn’t just a future-oriented proposition; it’s life-transforming now. As believers in Jesus, we not only have the gift of a new identity (beloved children of God), but we also have the power of the Spirit to live out that new identity. This doesn’t mean our struggle against sin is completely over; however, it does mean we can choose to live in the freedom and victory which Christ’s death and resurrection accomplished for us, as we learn to actively and increasingly depend on the life-giving Spirit of God who indwells us.

Now What?
1. Reflect on your mindset this past week. How often did you think ofeternity? Think of some practical ways to incorporate an eternal perspectiveinto your life this next week.
2. Share with someone at least one way you have struggled to live forChrist recently. Pray with them about it.
3. Paul says that nothing can separate us as believers from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. How did reading those verses aloud in the service make you feel? Consider ways to daily rehearse this truth to yourself.
